We are looking for a Cook to join our team Hoichoi and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes. The position offers an in-hand salary of 10 to 18 thousand rupees per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.

• Cook food in a timely manner.

• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.

• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (example: No dairy, exclude nuts).

• Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.

Job Requirements:

Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.

মূল দায়িত্ব:

• রান্নাঘরের মধ্যে সমস্ত স্বাস্থ্য এবং নিরাপত্তা বিধি মেনে চলা।

• রান্নার সরঞ্জাম এবং উপকরণ দিয়ে রান্নাঘর প্রস্তুত করা।

• সময় মতো খাবার রান্না করা।

• প্রতিটি রেসিপি ভালোভাবে বুঝে প্রয়োজনীয় সব উপকরণ সংগ্রহ করা।

• গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজন এবং অনুরোধ অনুযায়ী রেসিপি সামান্য পরিবর্তন করা (উদাহরণ: দুগ্ধজাত খাবার বাদ দেওয়া, বাদাম বাদ দেওয়া)।

• খাবারের সতেজতা পরীক্ষা করা এবং মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ জিনিস ফেলে দেওয়া।

চাকরির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়তা:

রান্নার কৌশল (উন্নত ও অপ্রচলিত), রেসিপি এবং স্যানিটেশন নিয়মাবলী সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকা এই পদের জন্য উপযুক্ত। এই ভূমিকার জন্য চমৎকার সময় ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং নেতৃত্বের দক্ষতা প্রয়োজন। রন্ধন বিষয়ক স্কুল থেকে ডিপ্লোমা বা অনুরূপ ক্ষেত্রে সার্টিফিকেশন থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
