Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor food quality during preparation and before service
Hygiene & Food Safety
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
Follow food safety standards, hygiene practices, and FSSAI guidelines
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food
Handle food safely to avoid contamination
Inventory & Cost Control
Assist in monitoring stock levels and minimizing food wastage
Report any shortage or spoilage of ingredients
Use ingredients efficiently as per kitchen standards
Compliance & Discipline
Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork
