Key Responsibilities:
Daily food preparation as per the menu and restaurant standards.
Ensure taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant/hotel.Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts (morning/evening/holiday).
Qualification: Minimum 10th/12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
