We are looking for a Cook to join our team at Shree Hari Yoga and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure kitchen hygiene and compliance with safety regulations.
Organize cooking utensils, equipment, and fresh Ayurvedic ingredients.
Cook meals in line with Ayurvedic principles, focusing on balance and nourishment.
Adhere to authentic Ayurvedic recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
Guide and support kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficiency.
Check and discard expired ingredients to ensure freshness.
Adjust meals to meet specific dietary requirements (e.g., vegan, gluten-free).
Educate staff on Ayurvedic cooking methods and their health benefits.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
