Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes in a timely manner.

• Set up the kitchen with necessary cooking utensils and equipment.

• Study recipes thoroughly and gather all required ingredients before cooking.

• Ensure meals meet guest preferences by modifying recipes as needed (e.g., dairy-free, nut-free).

• Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively when necessary.

• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients; discard expired items.

• Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards.

• Collaborate with the team to create and update menus.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a professional kitchen.

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, both traditional and modern.

• Familiarity with sanitation regulations and kitchen safety protocols.

• Excellent leadership and time management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A culinary diploma or certification is a plus.
