Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in QSR or CDR.
- Experience in an Italian restaurant is a plus.
- Able to use a PC to do reports, etc., and input and handle sheets smoothly.
- Candidates with a hospitality degree or diploma (3 years) may be considered with 3-4 years of experience.
- Must have led a team of 15-20 members.
