Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Ice Cream Parlor Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency within the parlor.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude.

Assist in preparing and serving ice creams, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items.

Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.

Maintain cleanliness of the parlor, including counters, tables, and equipment.

Restock supplies such as cones, cups, napkins, and toppings.

Support in inventory management and report shortages to the supervisor.

Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Provide assistance to senior staff in daily operations.

Requirements

Minimum education: High school or equivalent.

Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Gujarati.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a cheerful attitude.

Basic math skills for handling cash and billing.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
