Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Multi-Cuisine Cook who can prepare high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines including Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Continental, Italian, and Iranian. The ideal candidate should be fast, consistent, hygiene-focused, and capable of handling a professional kitchen independently.
A cook in a professional kitchen is responsible for preparing meals, maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while following hygiene and safety standards .
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes from multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Continental, Italian, Iranian)
Ensure taste, presentation, and consistency of all dishes
Handle full kitchen operations independently when required
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Manage inventory and minimize food wastage
Coordinate with service staff for smooth order execution
Prepare gravies, sauces, and mise-en-place efficiently
Handle bulk orders and high-pressure situations
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years experience as a Cook / Chef
Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking techniques
Experience in hotel, restaurant, or cloud kitchen preferred
Ability to work fast in a high-volume kitchen
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Basic understanding of costing and portion control
Team player with a positive attitude
