Personal Cook – Director’s Residence

Platinum Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Personal Cook for the Director’s residence.

Position: Residential / Personal Cook

Location: Mumbai / Thane

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Employment: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate joining preferred

Eligibility & Experience

• Previous experience as a household or personal cook preferred

• Expertise in Indian home-style cooking, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes

• Knowledge of Bengali, North Indian and Maharashtrian cuisine will be an advantage

• Ability to prepare healthy, hygienic and balanced meals

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and proper food storage

• Manage groceries, kitchen inventory and daily meal planning

• Honest, punctual, disciplined and professional

• Ability to maintain family privacy and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks

• Plan meals according to family preferences

• Prepare food for guests when required

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness

• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items
