Academic Responsibilities
Deliver theory and practical classes in Food Production.
Prepare lesson plans, course material, and practical demonstrations.
Conduct student assessments, practical exams, and evaluations.
Mentor students and support their academic and professional growth.
Kitchen & Practical Training Responsibilities
Plan and supervise kitchen practical sessions
Demonstrate cooking techniques, food presentation, and hygiene standards
Manage kitchen inventory, equipment, and ingredients
