Prepare small-batch handcrafted ice cream using Lakeview Creamery recipes and processes
Basic knowledge of ice cream preparation and production processes
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately (milk base, fruits, inclusions, flavourings)
Operate equipment such as batch freezers, pasteurisers (if applicable), mixers, blenders, and cold storage
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and yield across batches
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years in ice cream/dessert production, bakery, or kitchen production (preferred)
Willingness to work in a cold environment and handle physical tasks (lifting containers, standing long hours)
Strong attention to detail and hygiene
Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
