Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare chaap, gravies, breads, and accompaniments as per standard recipes

• Ensure correct portioning, taste, and presentation

• Follow preparation timelines to meet order turnaround time

• Assist in pre-preparation (marination, chopping, stocking)

Kitchen Operations

• Operate kitchen equipment safely (tandoor, griller, fryer, stove)

• Maintain daily opening and closing kitchen activities

• Ensure proper storage and FIFO (First In First Out) practices

• Minimize food wastage and control food cost

Hygiene & Food Safety

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene

• Follow FSSAI guidelines and kitchen SOPs

• Ensure workstations, utensils, and equipment are cleaned regularly

• Adhere to temperature control and food handling norms

Inventory & Stock Support

• Assist in daily stock checks and reporting shortages

• Inform Store Manager about low stock or quality issues

• Ensure proper labeling and storage of raw materials

Teamwork & Discipline

• Coordinate with team members during peak hours

• Follow shift schedules and company policies

• Support new team members and trainees

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass

• Experience in QSR or Indian kitchen preferred (Chaap / Tandoor experience is a plus)

• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

• Physically fit and hygiene-conscious

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
