We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cook to prepare vegetarian meals for 30 to 50 people daily. The role involves cooking Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, with support from an assistant cook.
Prepare fresh, hygienic, and tasty vegetarian meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)
Maintain consistency in taste and quality across all meals
Plan and follow a weekly meal menu, ensuring variety and nutrition
Supervise and delegate work to the assistant cook
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
Efficiently manage time and cooking schedule based on meal timings
Use ingredients wisely to minimize waste
Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in mass meal preparation
Ability to handle volume cooking (30–50 people)
Knowledge of Indian vegetarian cuisine and various regional dishes
Good organizational and time management skills
Weekly menu will be proposed in advance to improve taste, planning, and variety
All meals must be strictly vegetarian
Ingredients and provisions will be made available as per the menu plan
