Responsible for preparing therapeutic Ayurvedic and naturopathy-based meals as per prescribed diet charts and order from executive chef, ensuring hygiene and timely service.
Competency / Qualifications
· Completed 10th pass / Plus 2 ; preferable: diploma/certificate in hotel management, or cookery .
· 1-2 years’ experience in kitchen/hospitality – Preferred
· Ability to read recipes, follow portion control
· Knowledge of sattvic/Ayurvedic cooking preferred
· Understanding of food safety, inventory control and kitchen hygiene
· Timely meal service as per therapy schedule
· Good time management, cleanliness, and teamwork.
