Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for staff according to daily menus or special dietary needs.

• Ensure all food is cooked and presented to a high standard.

• Plan weekly menus in coordination with management or nutrition guidelines.

• Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and storage areas.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.

• Minimize food waste and ensure proper portioning and storage of ingredients.

• Assist in receiving and inspecting food deliveries.

• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.

• Maintain accurate records of meals served and inventory used.
