Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to prepare hygienic, nutritious, and delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals for the Managing Director's residence. The candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of Indian dishes and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner.
Cook a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Plan meals as per family preferences and dietary requirements.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Manage kitchen inventory and inform about grocery requirements.
Store food items properly and minimize wastage.
Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of food.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook in a residence, hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine; additional cuisine experience will be an advantage.
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Honest, trustworthy, and punctual.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working at a private residence.
Flexible with working hours when required.
