Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and high-quality output of baked goods.

• Plan and schedule production to meet demand forecasts and customer orders.

• Supervise baking staff and assign duties across shifts.

• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with purchasing as needed.

• Train and develop production team members to maintain high performance and product quality.

• Conduct regular quality checks on products and troubleshoot production issues.

• Manage production costs and implement cost-saving measures.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

• Work with R&D and management to introduce new products or improve existing ones.
