Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food as per Ate-E-Ate recipes and standards

  • Handle live kitchen cooking during service hours

  • Maintain taste, quality, portion control, and speed

  • Prepare daily kitchen stock (cutting, marination, sauces, etc.)

  • Maintain complete kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

  • Wash and clean all utensils and equipment after daily cooking

  • Manage kitchen closing duties (cleaning, gas off, setup ready for next day)

  • Handle raw materials carefully and avoid wastage

  • Assist in checking daily stock and inform for refills

  • Follow food safety and hygiene practices

  • Work responsibly, punctually, and honestly

Requirements:

  • Experience in food cart / café / fast food kitchen preferred

  • Knowledge of live kitchen operations

  • Ability to work under pressure and long hours

  • Physically fit and hygiene-conscious
