Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chinese Cook for our food outlet Lots of Swaad. The candidate must have expertise in preparing authentic Chinese dishes and maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes as per menu standards

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times

• Handle daily kitchen operations efficiently

• Manage inventory of raw materials and inform management for replenishment

• Follow food safety and FSSAI guidelines

• Coordinate with kitchen helpers and staff for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience as a Chinese Cook

• Knowledge of Chinese sauces, gravies, noodles, rice, starters, etc.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, disciplined, and punctual

• Preferably someone who can join immediately
