We are looking for a Mocktail & Milkshake Maker to join our team at 2 Brother Milkshake to prepare fresh and tasty milkshakes, mocktails, and other beverages for customers. The role involves beverage preparation, maintaining quality and hygiene, managing ingredients, and keeping the preparation area clean. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 – ₹13,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare milkshakes, mocktails, cold beverages, smoothies, and other drinks as per the menu.

• Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

• Prepare and arrange fruits, syrups, ice cream, milk, toppings, and other beverage ingredients.

• Operate blenders, mixers, shakers, and other beverage-making equipment safely.

• Take customer orders and prepare beverages accurately and on time.

• Maintain proper stock of beverage ingredients and inform the supervisor when supplies are low.

• Keep the beverage preparation counter, equipment, and work area clean and hygienic.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards while handling ingredients.

• Support daily opening and closing activities of the outlet.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is Below 10th Pass.

• 0–6+ years of experience in milkshake, mocktail, café, juice bar, or beverage preparation.

• Basic knowledge of preparing milkshakes, mocktails, smoothies, and cold beverages.

• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent taste and presentation.

• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

• Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.

• Good customer service skills and a positive attitude.

• Previous experience in a café, juice shop, restaurant, or beverage outlet is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
