Follow food safety and hygiene protocols (FSSAI standards).

Wash and store kitchen equipment properly.

Dispose of waste and expired items as per SOP.

Refill kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.

Assist during service hours to ensure smooth kitchen flow.
