We are seeking a skilled Continental Cook to prepare and present high-quality continental dishes while maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of continental cuisine, kitchen operations, and food presentation.
Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards
Assist in menu planning and daily specials
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Monitor stock levels and report kitchen requirements
Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team for smooth operations
Reduce food wastage and follow portion control guidelines
Ensure proper storage of food items
Proven experience as a Continental Cook or similar role
Knowledge of continental cuisine (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.)
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good time-management and teamwork skills
Culinary certification or hotel management background preferred
