We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Continental Commi to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in preparing high-quality continental dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes as per standard recipes.
Prepare mise en place before service.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Follow instructions from Chef de Partie / Sous Chef.
Ensure proper storage of food items (FIFO method).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Basic knowledge of continental cuisine.
Understanding of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow.
