About Us:
The Rustic Foods is a growing café and bakery focused on fresh, handcrafted dishes and quality ingredients. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Continental Cook / Bakery Chef to join our team and deliver excellent food experiences to our guests.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver high-quality Continental dishes and/or bakery items.
Set up the kitchen with required utensils and equipment.
Cook food efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
Follow recipes accurately and prepare ingredients in advance.
Modify recipes based on customer preferences (e.g., no dairy, nut-free).
Ensure all food items are fresh and discard expired ingredients.
Maintain hygiene and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Supervise and support kitchen staff when required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard acceptable.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Continental cooking or bakery.
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, baking methods, and food safety standards.
Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork and basic leadership skills.
Culinary certification or diploma is an added advantage.
