Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Continental Chef to join our culinary team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality Continental cuisine, managing kitchen operations efficiently, and delivering exceptional flavors. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow alongside our expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Continental dishes (pastas, steaks, sizzlers, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and continental sauces) according to established recipes and standards.

Maintain consistency in food quality, portion sizes, presentation, and taste.

Manage daily kitchen prep (mise en place) to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Assist in inventory management, monitoring ingredient stock levels, and reducing food wastage.

Stay open to learning new culinary techniques, menu developments, and growing into higher kitchen leadership roles.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Continental Chef/Cook in a reputed restaurant, cafe, or hotel.

Education: A diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts is a plus, though practical experience is highly valued.
