Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef who has experience in preparing a variety of continental dishes with excellent taste, presentation, and consistency. The candidate should be able to handle kitchen operations efficiently during busy hours.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present continental dishes including:
Pasta
Pizza
Burgers
Sandwiches
Steaks
Grilled items
Salads and appetizers
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and plating
Prepare sauces, dressings, and daily mise-en-place
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen section
Monitor stock and ingredient usage
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service operations
Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs
Key Expectations
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine
Good understanding of seasoning and plating
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen

Requirements
Minimum 1–4 years of experience as a Continental Chef
Experience in café, restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen preferred
Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards
