Prepare and present a wide variety of Continental dishes
Ensure food is prepared in compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and food costing
Create and update menus based on seasonal availability and trends
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Collaborate with management to improve food quality and presentation
Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of European cooking techniques and modern plating styles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Culinary diploma or degree preferred
