Job Title: Chef – Chinese, Italian & Beverage Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present authentic Chinese and Italian dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Create and serve a variety of mocktails, cocktails, and soft beverages.

Develop new menu items and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

Manage kitchen inventory, food storage, and ordering of supplies.

Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient guest service.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Chinese and Italian cuisine.

Knowledge of beverage preparation, including mocktails and cocktails.

Strong culinary skills, creativity, and teamwork abilities.

Certification in food safety is an advantage
