We are seeking a skilled and creative Continental Chef to lead kitchen operations specializing in

continental cuisine. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise, menu planning

experience, and the ability to manage kitchen teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.)

• Design and update menus based on trends and customer preferences

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

• Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and food cost control

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines

• Train and supervise kitchen staff

• Coordinate with procurement team for ingredients and supplies

• Optimize kitchen processes for efficiency and productivity

• Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage

Key Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Continental Chef

• Expertise in continental cuisine and modern cooking techniques
