We are looking for a talented and experienced Continental Chef (Conti Chef) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of high-quality Continental dishes, including pastas, grilled meats, soups, and salads, while ensuring consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation. You will play a key role in maintaining hygiene standards, managing kitchen inventory, and supporting menu development with creative and contemporary culinary ideas. A strong understanding of Continental cuisine, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. The Conti Chef will also be expected to work closely with other kitchen staff, assist in training junior team members, and contribute to a collaborative, clean, and productive kitchen culture. Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or catering setup is required, along with a relevant culinary qualification. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is a must.
