Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Continental Chef for our Rajkot location. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing high-quality continental cuisine, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present a wide range of continental dishes.

• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.

• Develop new recipes and assist in menu planning.

• Manage kitchen inventory, ingredients, and food cost.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure timely preparation of dishes during peak hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Continental Chef.

• Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, and cooking methods.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Salary: As per company standards (based on experience).

Location: Rajkot

Joining: Immediate or as per availability.
