We are hiring Continental Cooks at Commi 2 to Commi 1 levels, with specialization in Hot Kitchen (pasta, grills, rice bowls) and Cold Kitchen (salads, smoothies, sandwiches).
Operations: 24 hours a day, 6 days a week (Tuesday weekly off).
Shift Length: 10 hours per shift.
Rotation: Candidates must be open to rotating shifts (Day & Night) as per kitchen roster.
Assist in Hot Kitchen or Cold Kitchen production.
Prepare mise-en-place, sauces, dressings, marinades, and garnish.
Cook, assemble, and portion dishes according to standardized recipes.
Ensure quality, freshness, and plating standards in line with MCBC brand.
Support senior chefs (DCDP/CDP) in smooth daily operations.
Follow food safety & hygiene standards (FSSAI).
Experience: 1–3 years in Continental cuisine (salads, grills, pastas, sandwiches, or meal boxes).
Education: 10th/12th pass; Culinary Diploma / Hotel Management or ITI Food Production preferred.
Skills:
Knowledge of Continental sauces, salads, and grill basics.
Ability to prep and run a section independently at Commi 1 level.
Strong hygiene and food safety practices.
Willingness to learn global cuisines and modern plating.
IN-HAND Salary Bracket: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & role level).
