We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef who can handle preparation of pizza, pasta, and basic desserts. The candidate should be able to maintain consistency, hygiene, and speed in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas, pasta, burgers, and continental dishes as per standard recipes
Handle basic desserts plating and serving (waffles, brownies, ice cream, etc.)
Ensure taste consistency and presentation quality
Manage daily mise en place (prep work) for smooth operations
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor stock and inform for raw material requirements
Work efficiently during peak hours and manage orders timely
Coordinate with team members for smooth kitchen operations
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of pizza baking (OTG/Deck oven)
Experience in making white sauce, red sauce, and basic pasta varieties
Basic understanding of dessert plating and presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Working Hours:
9-hour shift (flexible timing as per outlet operations)
Weekly 1 day off
