Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Chef Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and a passion for training people. While basic knowledge of Continental cuisine is preferred, the company will provide complete training on our products and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training programs for newly launched outlets across India.
Deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training to outlet staff.
Demonstrate food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure every outlet maintains the company's quality and service standards.
Identify operational challenges during training and provide practical solutions.
Coordinate with the operations team and submit training reports after each outlet visit.
Support new outlet openings and ensure a smooth handover after successful staff training.
Represent the company professionally while interacting with franchise partners and outlet teams.

Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine preparation (preferred).

Travel Requirement

Extensive Pan India travel is required.
All official travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be borne by the company.
