• HM / Diploma in Hotel Management (Mandatory)

• Age: Below 30 years

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in:

  • Cutting different types of vegetables & salad leaves

  • Color coding & kitchen hygiene standards

  • Preparing mother sauces

• Fluent English communication

• Strong technical knowledge in Continental Cuisine
