This is a Full-Time opportunity for a dedicated professional ready to shape our culinary identity.

The Role: Executive Chef

As the Executive Chef, you will be the heart and soul of our kitchen. You will oversee all aspects of food production, quality control, and kitchen management, ensuring an outstanding and consistent dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Innovation & Planning: Develop and execute creative, profitable, and seasonally relevant Italian and Continental menus, maintaining the highest standards of taste, presentation, and authenticity.

• Team Management & Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and manage all kitchen staff, fostering a positive, disciplined, and high-performance working environment.

• Quality Control & Consistency: Ensure all dishes are prepared and served according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee purchasing, manage supplier relations, minimize waste, and maintain strict control over food and labor costs to meet budget targets.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards, complying with all local health regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or similar senior leadership role, preferably with a focus on Italian and Continental cuisine.

• Expert-level Advanced Knife Skills and mastery of various cooking techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume kitchen efficiently and calmly.

• Strong financial acumen related to inventory management and P&L accountability.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

• A recognized culinary qualification is highly desirable.
