Job Summary-
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our Cake & Bakery Production team. Freshers with a relevant Degree/Diploma are welcome to apply for the Commis III role. Candidates currently working as Commis II or Commis I with up to 6 years of experience in cake and bakery production are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist in the preparation and production of cakes, pastries, breads, desserts, and other bakery products.
Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and quality.
Support senior chefs in daily production activities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and utensils.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
Minimize wastage and utilize ingredients efficiently.
Follow company SOPs and kitchen safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements-
Degree/Diploma in Bakery, Pastry, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1–6 years of relevant experience as Commis III, Commis II, or Commis I in bakeries, cafés, QSRs, hotels, or food production units are preferred.
Basic knowledge of bakery and pastry production techniques.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
