Job description-

1. Assist in the preparation and baking of breads, pastries, brownies, and desserts.

2. Follow recipes, portion controls, and production standards consistently.

3. Support senior chefs in mise en place and production planning.

4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in workstations as per FSSAI / HACCP standards.

5. Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of raw materials and finished products.

6. Operate bakery and pastry equipment safely and efficiently.

7. Assist in stock rotation and inventory management.

8. Work collaboratively as part of the kitchen team to meet production targets.

9. Uphold food safety, sanitation, and company quality standards.
