Job Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and cooking of Continental dishes as per standard recipes
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Ensure mise en place is prepared and maintained for service
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Follow instructions from CDP/DCDP/Head Chef
Assist in stock rotation (FIFO) and minimize wastage
Help in maintaining kitchen equipment and workstations
Ensure timely food preparation and presentation
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine
Passion for cooking and learning new recipes
Culinary course/diploma will be an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
