Assist in preparing tandoori items such as kebabs, rotis, naans, and marinated meats.
Support Commi 1 and 2 in daily kitchen operations and food prep.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tandoor station.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines as directed by senior chefs.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.
Monitor and regulate tandoor temperature for consistent cooking.
Assist in mise-en-place and restocking ingredients during service.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
