Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery items.
Follow recipes and instructions given by senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section at all times.
Ensure ingredients are properly measured, stored, and handled.
Support in daily production and help meet order requirements.
Learn and apply new techniques under supervision.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO).
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Confectionery or relevant field.
0–2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen (freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
