Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients and carry out basic cooking tasks.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Store and label food items properly to avoid wastage.
Follow recipes, portion control, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
Minimum High School (10th/12th pass); Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Food Production preferred.
Basic knowledge of cooking and a passion for culinary arts.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts (Morning/Evening/Night).
