Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commi 3rd to join our production team. If you aspire to grow in the culinary production line and work with the best, this is the perfect opportunity. Our organization specializes in 70% Continental Cuisine and 30% Multi-Cuisine, operating across cloud kitchens and a bakery, and staffed by a team with experience in renowned establishments like Taj, Oberoi, ITC, and Leela.
You’ll work with highly skilled professionals who will mentor you and help enhance your culinary skills. This role is ideal for candidates with a Hotel Management background or 1–2 years of culinary experience, eager to contribute to a positive and cheerful work environment while advancing their careers in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Production:
Assist in food preparation and production across cloud kitchens and the bakery.
Focus primarily on Continental Cuisine, with additional responsibilities in multi-cuisine dishes.
Maintain consistency and high standards in food presentation and taste.
Learning & Development:
Work closely with experienced chefs and team members to refine skills and techniques.
Participate in training sessions to learn innovative production methods and recipes.
Quality Control:
Follow recipes, portion control, and production guidelines accurately.
Always ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Team Collaboration:
Contribute to a cheerful and cooperative work environment.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and efficient kitchen operations.
Innovation and Growth:
Suggest new ideas for recipes and presentation to contribute to menu development.
Stay updated with culinary trends and apply them to enhance offerings.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a relevant culinary field.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in a kitchen or bakery setup. Fresh graduates with strong culinary skills may also apply.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Continental Cuisine and basic knowledge of multi-cuisine dishes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
