Commi 3

We are looking for a Commi 3 to join our team Blue Tokai Cafe and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs. 17000 + Rs. 1380 Meal Allowance.

Job Description:

• Diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred.

• Must be presentable.

• 1-4 years of work experience in a similar role.

•Candidate from bakery would be given preference.

• Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work holidays and weekends.

• Ability to demonstrate basic cooking methods such as braises sauté, broil and grill and the use of a variety of knifes to slice, dice, chop, julienne, etc.

• Ability to identify and operate common kitchen equipment such as grinders, deep fryers, ovens, Bain Marie, mixers, etc

• Highly self-motivated, great teamwork skills and attention to detail.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
