Job Title: Vegetable Cutting Staff

Department: Central Kitchen / Production

Job Summary:
Responsible for washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing fresh vegetables as per Salad Days' quality and hygiene standards. Ensure timely production with minimum wastage while maintaining cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash, peel, and cut vegetables as per SOPs.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the work area.
Follow food safety and FIFO guidelines.
Minimize wastage and report quality issues.
Support the kitchen team during production.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th Pass.
Experience in vegetable cutting or kitchen work preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
