Job Description

Restaurant is hiring a Commis – Grill Section with experience in grilling meats, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook grilled dishes.
Set up and maintain the grill station.
Follow recipes and portion standards.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety.
Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff.
Ensure timely preparation during service.

Requirements

1–3 years of grill experience.
Experience in Middle Eastern, Turkish, Lebanese, or Continental cuisine is preferred.
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
