Salary Range: ₹19,000 – ₹23,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and disciplined culinary professionals with prior experience in Continental kitchens. This role is ideal for candidates looking to strengthen their operational capabilities within a fast-paced production and development environment while gaining exposure across multiple sections of the kitchen.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute across prep, production, service, and quality control while maintaining company standards and SOPs.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Experience in Continental cuisine; Italian cuisine experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Prep, Mise-en-Place, Pizza Operations, and Hot Range.
• Ability to accurately read and execute KOTs during service.
• Strong understanding of kitchen SOPs, food quality, and consistency standards.
• Comfortable working across multiple sections including Pizza, Pasta, Salads, Prep, and Hot Kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a 100% vegetarian kitchen environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to operational requirements.
Core Responsibilities
• Execute daily prep and mise-en-place requirements.
• Support service operations across multiple kitchen sections.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Follow all recipes, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of workstations.
• Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and wastage control.
• Provide operational feedback and improvement suggestions to senior kitchen leadership.
• Support smooth coordination between kitchen sections during service.

Working Hours
• 10-hour shift.
• One closing shift position available.
• Overtime will be calculated and paid on a pro-rated basis.
• Any under-time or shortfall in working hours will be deducted on a pro-rated basis.
