Job description-

1. Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion controls, and kitchen standards.

2. Assist Chef de Partie and senior chefs in food preparation and mise-en-place.

3. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation in compliance with HACCP standards.

5. Assist in receiving and checking deliveries of food supplies.

6. Follow kitchen safety procedures and maintain hygiene at all times.

7. Support in menu preparation, garnishing, and presentation.

8. Monitor food wastage and report shortages to the senior chef.

9. Uphold hotel/restaurant brand standards and contribute to guest satisfaction.
