Job Description

Commi 2 (Kitchen Cook) – Umami Tales

We are looking for an experienced Commi 2 to join our kitchen team at Umami Tales.

Responsibilities:

Prepare menu items such as momos, noodles, and other dishes

Handle momo filling, folding, steaming, and frying

Assist with kitchen prep work (cutting vegetables, sauces, fillings)

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

Ensure consistent taste and quality

Work efficiently during busy hours

Requirements:

Prior experience working in a restaurant or momo kitchen

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Location: DLF Phase 3, Gurugram
