Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assist in cooking Indian and Chinese vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per the menu and required standards.
Food preparation, and kitchen operations.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, canteen, workstations, and surrounding areas.
Assist in canteen maintenance and daily operational activities.
Counter handling and customer service.
Handle billing and cash counter operations as assigned.
Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct at the workplace.
Perform any other duties related to canteen and kitchen operations as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Commi / Cook in a canteen, restaurant, cafeteria, hotel, or similar food service establishment.
Knowledge of Indian and Chinese cuisine.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced canteen environment.
Female candidates preferred
Working Conditions
Duty Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days a week , 1 day week - off
Salary range: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on previous experience and skills)
